Pro ($27/year) and Business ($97/year) are one-time payments — no auto-renewal or recurring charges. Each plan gives you 1 year of full access. Renew when it suits you. All updates within your tier are included during your access period.
Can I use the puzzles commercially?
Both Pro and Business tiers include a commercial license covering every generator. You can sell maze, sudoku, word search and other puzzle books on Amazon KDP, Etsy, or any other platform.
What format does Amazon KDP require?
KDP requires print-ready PDF files at 300 DPI. Both Pro and Business tiers generate KDP-compliant PDF output with proper formatting and margins.
What happens to my mazes when my plan expires?
Your commercial license is lifetime for all mazes generated during your active subscription. You keep full rights to sell, publish, and distribute everything you created — even after your plan expires. You just won't be able to generate new mazes with paid features until you renew.
Can I upgrade later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Free to Pro or Business at any time. Contact us at contact@themazegenerator.com if you'd like to discuss upgrading from Pro to Business.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes — we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you encounter a product issue we can't resolve, you'll receive a full refund. To request one, email contact@themazegenerator.com with a description of the issue. Refunds require a valid product-related reason and don't apply to feature requests.
Are The Maze Generator mazes considered AI-generated content?
No. The Maze Generator uses classical graph algorithms (recursive backtracker, Prim's algorithm, random tree) implemented in a compiled C/C++ binary. No large language models, neural networks, or generative AI are involved at any stage. This means your maze content is fully compliant with Amazon KDP, Etsy, and other publishing platform policies — no AI-content disclosure is required.
